Sugar Lili Cakes

My name is Lili Sandiford and I discovered my passion for cake decorating when I made my daughter's first birthday cake.  I picked up my first piping bag and have not stopped!

I started reading as many cake decorating books I could find and I began experimenting with cake flavours, different icings and decorating techniques.

I have been fortunate to have done classes and workshops with very talented cake artists who have passed on their knowledge in all aspects of cake decorating.

It gives me such great pleasure to create a unique and beautiful cake for my customers, it allows me to share in the excitement of whatever it is they are celebrating.  I especially love to see the excitement and wonder on the faces of children when they see their cakes!
